Hi! My plans are finished...now let the packing begin!!! The HH group and I leave for Tanzania on June 10th...right around the corner!!! The group heads home with Ms. Baumann on June 28th and I'll be back in T-town on July 20th. We will be staying at the Janada L. Batchelor Foundation for Children (JBFC), an orphanage for street girls outside the city of Mwanza, TZ. Last year's trip prepared the land by helping build houses, clear land for crops and train livestock (among other things). So, this summer's group will enjoy living at the orphanage feeling completely immersed in African culture.
